“As a method of abstinence, alternating between alcoholic beverages and no- or low-alcohol alternatives during any given drinking session is not necessarily new, but the term zebra stripping has captured the concept and infused new energy into the trend, particularly among the Gen-Z and millennial generations,” Piper reflects.
