It states: “This development and development will always respond to the needs of our guests and fulfill their wishes, providing world class services and experiences that also define us equally,”

8.5 million visitors in a year
The “Entertainment Resort Complex” will be designed to accommodate 8.5 million visitors a year with 55,000 visitors on peak days.
It will cover 32.37 hectares, except parking, with emphasis on “highly impervious storytelling and themeing”. There will be at least 500 hotel rooms.
Theater and cinema
The attraction will include theaters and theaters – although it is not said how many.
Designers also promise: indoor and outdoor games, entertainment, holidays and spas features; Location with conferences and/or conference locations; Shops, music and dancing places, nightclub, hot-food tech u, restaurant, licensed campus, shops, cafes and tattoo parlor; Cultural facilities including exhibition location, art galleries, museums and prayer rooms. Extended railway station
Universal is proposing an extended railway station on Wicksams railway station and Temslink/Midland Main Line at the new A421 Road Junction.
The proposal “also protects safety measures for a possible new railway station on the proposed EWR Bletchley on the bedford line, it should come forward in the future”.
Employment generation
The scheme includes the construction of 8,050 jobs throughout the year of the first year, of which 81 percent are “taken by people living in Bedford, Central Bedfordshire, Luteon and Milton Keins”.
Theme park will support 5,380 construction jobs at its peak in 2029 in winter, including total construction jobs in total.
