Police was called to report an explosion at the address in Dumont Road, Stoke newingtonBefore 5 am on Tuesday.
Metropolitan Police Said: “A woman aged 46 was found inside the property with a knife lesions. Despite the efforts of paramedics, she was saddenedly declared dead on the spot.
“A 44 -year -old man was arrested on the address on suspicion of murder.
“She was rushed to the hospital with a slash wounds, where she is currently built. Her condition is not a life-changing or life threat.
“Two children aged nine and seven have also been rushed to the hospital as a precaution, but it is believed that it was not inside the property at the time of the gas explosion.”
