Officials said Srinagar, July 15: On Tuesday, a woman lost her life after a rapid vehicle was hit in the Bemina area of Srinagar.
According to officials, the incident occurred near the SDM office in Bemina when the woman was killed while crossing the road. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The deceased has been identified as Nasima Begum, wife of Fayz Ahmed, a resident of Kupwara.
The police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated necessary action.
