A woman’s morning walk turned tragic after she was hit by a speeding car in Mumbai’s Worli. The woman reportedly died on the spot and the driver of the car sustained injuries following the accident, according to police.
The Worli Police said the driver who was identified as a 23-year-old had been arrested and that the police have launched an investigation into the matter.
Pictures shared by ANI showed a Tata Nexon EV car completely crushed in front with the left side of the car suffering the worst impact. The windshield of the car was also shattered.
