BCCI chief selector Ajit Agarkar also hinted at Rohit’s ability to bowl off-spin.

“Hopefully the captain can put his hand forward,” Agarkar said.

Agarkar also opened up about choosing Hardik Pandya as his vice-captain for the World Cup.
