Putting forth his point, Aaron said that Hardik was performing well at Gujarat Titans and added that the all-rounder should reconsider his decision to return to MI before the new season.

“Hardik definitely. Hardik is a proven match-winner. I know he is not at his best at the moment. There is a lot of noise around the Mumbai Indians camp. He is taking a lot of pressure. No matter what happens, He must be thinking, I was winning trophies in GT (Gujarat Titans). Why did I come here (laughs). I would say it is unnecessary pressure because you were doing well, Gujarat Titans. I was establishing my legacy in the U.S.,” Aaron told Star Sports.

“But then he has come to Mumbai Indians and I understand why because he loves Mumbai. He loves Mumbai Indians. They gave him the starting platform and through that he has achieved a lot in world cricket. Has done.
