Why is Kate Middleton angry with Prince William’s first official visit?

Prince William is referring to his family’s reservations, including Kate Middleton’s, during his first official visit.

The future King William, on his first official visit after taking over the Duchy of Cornwall, couldn’t resist buying a traditional pasty upon his arrival in the Scilly Isles, the Mirror reports.

The prince, who is recognized locally as the Duke of Cornwall, entered St. Mary’s by boat, traveling from Tresco, one of the archipelago’s smaller islands. As he disembarked from The Pegasus, proudly displaying the Duke of Cornwall flag, cheers erupted from the crowd of spectators gathered in the harbour.

Expressing his appreciation for the “brilliant” weather, the Prince walked leisurely to the On the Quay Café, where he purchased five traditional pasties.

“What’s selling fastest this morning?” He asked. Explaining that these were pasties, she added: “They smell delicious. Your mouth waters.” The Prince also revealed that he enjoyed a dip in the sea this morning.

Outside, he told the tourists waiting to welcome him that he wished they could stay here. “My family is very upset, I am here without them,” he said, laughing. “The kids will kill me if I don’t go home later.”

He asked them if they were waiting to catch the boat. “We are waiting for you!” A woman said. “I never believe it,” laughed William.

On the other hand, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have arrived in Nigeria for a brief 72-hour visit, during which they will visit the country’s military headquarters and promote the Invictus Games.
