traitor is back for another season with a stellar cast.
“Game of Deception” first announced the cast for Season 4 in June 2025, while Popular Peacock Series Made in Scotland. The first three episodes of the new season will air on January 8 at 9pm ET. Subsequent episodes will also air on Thursday nights, with the series’ finale and reunion set to be released on February 26.
Similar to the first three seasons, the show—— Hosted by Alan Cumming — 23 characters (divided into groups of loyalists and traitors) compete in a series of challenges to win cash prizes of up to $250,000. “Under cover of darkness, traitors kill loyalists one by one in a treacherous orgy, while loyalists seek to expose the traitors and banish them from the game,” according to the show’s official synopsis. “If the loyal contestants drive out all the traitors, they will share the prize money, but if one or more traitors stick around until the end, they will steal all the money.”
