“Whether you get free power or not, you will get one meter”: Prophecy for those who expect a friend for free electricity for free electricity

J&K People’s President and MLA Handwada Sajad Loan has raised serious concerns about increasing the cost of electricity and the government’s promised free power scheme warns that consumers can pay more despite the assurance of relief.
