Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jiswal on Thursday reiterated India’s stand on bilateral discussions with Pakistan, stating that the only area for discussion between the two countries is handing over Pakistan militants and vacating the illegal occupied area of Jammu and Kashmir.
“… As far as our engagement with Pakistan is concerned, our stand is clear. Any engagement should be bilateral. We want to reiterate that terrorism and talks cannot go together.
