A Russian businessman living in Philadelphia has won a new pair of gold sneakers autographed by Donald Trump after bidding $9,000 (Rs 7,47,256). new york post the report said. At the event, Roman Sharf, founder and CEO of luxury watch dealer Luxury Bazaar, walked away with a pair of gold “Never Surrender high-top shoes” signed by Trump after winning the bid. Videos emerged on social media showing Mr Schaaf proudly showing off the gold sneakers after outbidding other bidders.

“We’re going to have a victory celebration this November and I’m going to be wearing these unique sneakers signed by Donald Trump — the only president I’ve known for the past four years,” he said.

Mr. Schaaf, a Trump supporter, later shared on social media that he planned to eventually pass the shoes on to his children. “But it will be shown in the office for now,” he wrote on the X.
