When a local pastor’s Door Dash order went awry, instead of getting angry at the delivery driver, he stopped to pray for him.

Ainsley Earhardt:
When a food delivery goes wrong, one family’s small act of kindness turns into a moment even more heartwarming than pizza.

Delivery Driver (Susanna):
I screwed up. I’m sorry. I’m going back to get it right now.

Pastor Neil Siewert:
And hey—I’m home. And don’t feel bad even for a second.

Susanna:
I am great-

Pastor Sievert:
We love you, and Jesus loves you.

Susanna:
I’m just struggling-

Pastor Sievert:
Oh yes. Since things have been pretty tough lately, so- Hey, girls, come over here. We will pray for this really nice lady.

Jesus, we thank you for Susanna. And Lord, I thank you that we found each other’s way tonight. In fact, Lord, that’s more important tonight than any of these orders.

Ainsley Earhardt:
Hmm. Oh, my god. I want to cry every time I watch that video. Since that viral video, the family has started a GoFundMe campaign that has raised more than $50,000, also for the woman they prayed with that night.

Oh God! Joining us now is Pastor Neil Siewert. Pastor, thank you so much for joining us this morning, and what a beautiful moment it is.

You know, in that moment – and, you know, we all experience those moments where there’s a problem with a stranger – was there a moment when you were about to say, “We want to pray for you,” that she looked at you like, “Oh no, how mad is this guy going to be at me?”

Pastor Neil Siewert:
Yes. You could tell she was really concerned, trying really hard to do everything she could to get it right. And, you know, I could just tell she was nervous about it, so I told her, “Hey—don’t worry about it for a second.”

Ainsley Earhardt:
Yeah, and that – her reaction after your family – I mean, I just loved that you brought the girls out and you said, “Hey, let’s pray for this wonderful woman,” and told her that she was more important than any order.

Of course he is.

What, what, she screamed. Tell me about that moment for you, your daughters, and her.

Pastor Neil Siewert:
Yes. Well, you know, we love Jesus, and the Bible says we must forgive as we have been forgiven.

And Jesus has forgiven me, Jesus has forgiven us, and we are called to shine His light. And thus, we can issue forgiveness.

And I like to bring the girls. It’s not rare for Christians to do this, and we’re just here to shine our light.

So I am very proud of my girls. We try and bring them in. We have a saying that says, you know, we don’t believe in the Holy Spirit.

We believe Jesus can come and use children too, so I love bringing them.

Ainsley Earhardt:
And pastor, there’s a lesson here. How important do you think it is, as this video goes viral for all the right reasons, that we all recognize how far acts of kindness and compassion can go?

Pastor Neil Siewert:
Absolutely. Well, the Bible says that the Kingdom of God is like a seed.

And, you know, we planted a seed of kindness in Susanna’s heart, and you can see around the world what’s happened. People are so inspired, and now we’re raising money for Susannah—big things are happening.

And I think a lot of people are finding hope, and I can only give glory to God for that, because all I did was plant a seed of kindness and look what God has done.

Ainsley Earhardt:
Yes, right, Mother Teresa said, “Do small things with great love.”

And you certainly did, and she is now the beneficiary of God’s love, but also of this amazing GoFundMe you set up for her. Thank you for reminding us how we can shine God’s light.

All in the wrong order.

Brian Kilmeade:
All in the wrong order—of course. In these small everyday moments that we encounter throughout life.

Ainsley Earhardt:
Pastor, you are truly a great preacher. Thank you for joining us today.

Brian Kilmeade:
Thank you, Pastor.

Steve Doocy:
Thank you, Pastor.

Pastor Neil Siewert:
Hey, thanks for having me. Have a nice day.

Steve Doocy:
You too. I’m Steve Doocy.

Brian Kilmeade:
I’m Brian Kilmeade.

Ainsley Earhardt:
And I’m Ainsley Earhart.
