01:04 AM (0504 GMT). – A fully loaded container Dali departs from the Port of Baltimore, bound for Colombo, Sri Lanka.
01:24 AM – According to the video captured by StreamTime Live, Dali slowly approaches the Key Bridge.
Maryland’s governor said the ship’s distress call allowed officials to restrict traffic on the Baltimore Bridge before the incident caused it to collapse.

1:24:33 AM – Dali seems to have suffered a total power outage, with all the lights going out.
1:25:31 am – After about a minute, the ship’s lights flashed again. Black smoke began to appear somewhere on the ship.
