A singer was pulled from his car and arrested by police in Miami on Tuesday for allegedly driving while wearing a fake diplomatic tag. Video of the incident appeared on social media and attracted widespread attention.according to new york postThe singer’s name is Cecilia Selina Mercado and she is 32 years old. She performs under the stage name Sessi. The media further stated in the report that Ms. Mercado was driving an Audi Q5 when she was stopped for a traffic violation.
Police asked for her driver’s license, but the singer handed them her passport and claimed “diplomatic immunity.”
But a video showed a police officer holding the singer’s hand and asking her to get out of the car.

“Now please bring your supervisor, you are reaching into our car and I feel threatened!” One of her fellow passengers was identified as this postal Scott Huss can be heard yelling in the video.
“You put your hand in our car and I feel threatened, I feel threatened, I feel threatened! Get off her now, get off her now,” he further said.
The fellow passenger also claimed police had “no jurisdiction” over Ms. Mercado because she was not a U.S. citizen.
The heated exchange continued, with Mr Hoos telling police they were “going to be fired and she was going to get $250,000”.
Ms Mercado was then dragged from the car.
She was handcuffed and one of the officers told the singer that if she “complied,” the situation would not escalate.
“Yes. I gave you my passport,” Ms. Mercado said.
“The female driver in the video was pulled over by our officers for a traffic violation. She then claimed she had ‘immunity.’ She refused to comply with the officers’ commands multiple times and was handcuffed,” the department said in a statement Zhong said.
Mercado was issued on Wednesday with $2,500 (Rs 2.07 lakh) bonds.
