A man from Texas was arrested after boarding a Delta Air Lines flight in Salt Lake City without a ticket. Wicliff Yves Fleurizard, 26, faces federal charges of stowaway on a plane after authorities allege he boarded a plane using a photo of another passenger’s boarding pass. CNN the report said.

Security footage showed Fleurizadeh taking photos of passengers’ cellphones and boarding passes before takeoff, according to court documents filed in Utah. He allegedly used the information on his phone to bypass security and board a flight to Austin, Texas.

Fleurizadeh told police he was on a ski trip in Park City, Utah, and “needed to get home to see his family,” the document said. He told authorities he had booked a Southwest Airlines flight early Sunday, but the flight was overbooked and he was rescheduled to a later flight, the complaint states.

“Flerizard admitted that he had made a mistake and just wanted to go home,” the complaint states.

He is being held in federal custody at the Salt Lake County Metro Jail, police told CNN.

Delta spokesman Morgan Durant said the airline was cooperating with the investigation.

“Delta is working with law enforcement and appropriate federal agencies to investigate the circumstances surrounding an unticketed person who was escorted off a plane in Salt Lake City prior to scheduled departure,” Durrant said in a statement. “We will be filing a complaint with law enforcement.” Any other questions.”
