In an important step to combat terrorism and end its support infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) of the Jammu and Kashmir Police (SIA) has attached the property of the terrorist in Pakistan
Now Hamid Lone, S/O AB Aziz Lone, R/O Mawar Bala Kalambad, Handa, District Kupwara.
The attached immovable property includes Khasara No. 110-Mint (02 Kanal 03 Marlus) and Khasara No. 115-Mint (01 Kanal 16 Marlus). The attachment has been done after following the appropriate legal process and with the Honorable Nia Court, Kulgam with the appropriate authority.
The accused, AB Hamid Lone, is an absconding terrorist, wanted in FIR number 02/2023 of Police Station CIK/SIA Kashmir, which is to join several offenses under Section 13, 17, 18, 21, 21, 39, 40 of the illegal activities (prevention) Act (UAPA). He is making arrests to avoid legal proceedings after his active participation in terrorist activities.
The attachment to the property was executed in the presence of an executive magistrate, which ensures complete compliance with statutory processes.
This action represents an important milestone in continuous investigation into illegal and anti -national activities in the field. It also shows the unwavering commitment of SIA to neutralize terrorist threats, security of national security, and to maintain law peace and rule in Jammu and Kashmir.
SIA, J&K, in collaboration with other security and intelligence agencies, remains stable in their resolve to take strict action against individuals and institutions involved in the activities that endangered the nation’s sovereignty, integrity and unity.
