One person was killed and at least six others injured when a speeding car rammed into locals in a market area of ​​Gazipur on Wednesday night, police said.

According to police reports, the deceased was identified as local Sita Devi (22 years old).

In addition, according to the police, the driver of the murderer’s vehicle has been detained and further action is being taken in accordance with due process.

Police further informed that the driver was also injured and was receiving treatment.
