The Northumbria police said two women died after BMW, which was chased by the police on Wednesday in their care house.
Blue BMW was being followed by officials on the A1231 east in Sunderland, when it collided with a high -failure care home on Whichurch Road in Witherwack at about 9.40pm.
The force stated that a woman in the 90s and a woman in the 80s, who was residents in the Care Home, died on Thursday. An investigation will consider whether the collision contributed to his deaths.
The vehicle was reported to be stolen from Fenham region of Newcastle at around 9.20 pm on Wednesday and the accident caused structural damage.
Two people, both 21 years of age, who were earlier arrested in the incident, were arrested on suspicion of further murder.
Both were originally arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, while one was also arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving. They live in custody.
Eight other residents were later rushed to the hospital with injuries, believing that there was no danger to life and all have been discharged.
