Two arrested including boys more than ‘arson attack’ in London restaurant

Two people, including a teenage boy, have been arrested on a suspected arson attack at a restaurant in the past. London It left five victims with serious injuries.

Officers were called to the restaurant at Woodford Avenue, Grants Hill on Friday, August 22. According to police, five people were rescued from the blaze, which left a man and a woman with deadly injuries.

Detective on Sunday arrested a 15 -year -old boy and 54 -year -old man on suspicion of arson of danger life. They remain in police custody for questioning.

The Metropolitan police said that their investigation was continuing “at speed” and appealed to anyone with any further information to come forward.

Detective Chief Inspector Mark Rogers of Met’s Central Expert Crime North Unit said: “When we have made two arrests, our investigation is going on in the pace, so we can meet what happened on Friday evening.

“I know the community is worried and surprised by this incident. I would urge someone with any information or concerns to come forward and talk to the police.”
