Twin toddlers, a boy and a girl, drowned last week after their great-grandmother with Alzheimer’s left a back door open. Locklyn and Loreli, both 18 months old, were found unconscious by mother Jenny Callazzo at the bottom of the family’s swimming pool on Thursday morning.
The pair were pronounced dead just two hours later.
Callazzo, a 37-year-old stay-at-home mother who runs a boutique, lives at the £464,000 ($565,000) property in Oklahoma City, US with her husband, six children and grandmother.
A relative of the family has claimed that Callazzo’s grandmother left the back door open, enabling the twins to access the pool.
They also told the Daily Mail: “Please pray for the twins’ siblings and all of our family.”

Aerial footage of the home showed a pool filled with dark green water, thought to be the result of thick algae.
Police have launched an investigation but do not believe there is a criminal nature to the incident.
A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the family with expenses.
A total of £5,863 has been raised so far, with the goal of £6,159 ($7,500).
It said: “These beautiful babies were taken from us too soon.
“Anything you can give to help with expenses would be greatly appreciated. We appreciate everyone’s love and support.”
Nearby residents in the Cobblestone neighbourhood witnessed Callazzo administering CPR as firefighters arrived at the property.
Neighbour Mike Bernard told News 4: “It’s certainly disturbing.
“And, you know, my prayers go out to that family because little children are precious.
“They brought out two little children and put them in separate ambulances. And they were doing CPR on both little children.
“I saw the mother who was distraught, who got in an EMS vehicle.”
