He also used the company’s Facebook page to call for a boycott of Bruce Springsteen after he criticized Trump, and shared a photo of former Trump employee Sebastian Gorka visiting a store.

According to the store’s Facebook page, its last day of operation will be January 31.

The Trump store was born out of passionate political sentiments and received its fair share of response after announcing the closure.

One poster asked: “You don’t win anymore?”

Another said, “Trump must have done wonders for the economy.”

Domanico said he didn’t let the comments get to him.

“No matter what the president does, no matter how good things are, they’re going to hate him,” he said.

Longtime Trump supporter Dave Russel, 81, told The Associated Press that he purchased a Trump-for-veterans hat from a Trump store in 2020 and said he was not surprised to see the retailer close.

“Because most of what they’re selling is promoting Trump. He’s in his last term. You can’t do more for him than what he’s already got,” Russell told the outlet.

The Trump store is located in Bucks County, a highly competitive area pennsylvania. Trump narrowly won the county in 2024, running against then-Vice President Kamala Harris.
