Washington:
US President Donald Trump said on Monday that he was not watching a stagnation on tariffs to allow a conversation with business partners, but he said he would talk to China, Japan and other countries about duties.
During the availability of the White House press with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whether he was open to stop the tariff, Trump said: “Okay, we are not looking at it. We have many, many countries that are coming to interact with us and in some cases they are going to pay sufficient tariffs.”
Trump reiterates its danger to add another 50% tariff to Chinese imports until the country withdraws its threat to add 34% tariffs to its goods.
