Trump made a phone call with Netanyahu, as the US attacked Iran newcomes sites; Israel closes its airspace

US President Donald Trump spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu soon after the end of the US strike at Iranian nuclear facilities, the Israeli state media said on Sunday. In addition, Israel has closed its airspace in a clear precautionary measure after attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities.

According to Israel’s TPS news agency, a White House official said Trump spoke with Netanyahu soon after the US strike on Iranian nuclear facilities.

Meanwhile, an ABC report stated that the attack against Iran was practiced about a year ago by both the US and Israel. The news outlet said it was the first practice that fought an aggressive strike against Iran’s nuclear program.

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said that he promised his promise from the onset of Israel’s struggle against Iran that Iran’s nuclear facilities would be destroyed.

In a Hebrew Video statement after the US strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, Netanyahu stated that the US operation was held in “complete coordination” with the IDF.

CNN reported that Netanyahu held a five -hour meeting with his top officials who went on the entire US attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities. The US Broadcaster, citing a source familiar with the meeting, said that the security cabinet meeting started at 10 pm local time and continued until the US carried out its attacks at around 3 pm.

The source said the discussion ended after the US attacks, stating that Israel’s Defense Minister, Israel Katz, its Foreign Minister, Gidon Sire, Military Head, and its head of its Mossad detective agency were also present.

Trump described American military attacks at Iran’s three nuclear sites as a “magnificent military success” and said that on Saturday evening (local time), facilities were “completely and completely distracted” at a address in the White House. Trump warned Iran that if Iran does not make peace, the US could go after additional goals.

Trump said that Saturday’s attacks against Iranian nuclear sites were aimed at stopping the “nuclear threat”.

Meanwhile, Tehran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei had earlier warned that any American military intervention in his struggle with Israel would be “undoubtedly with irreparable damage.” (AI)
