Washington secretly making a plan with Russia To end the war in ukraineAccording to a report.
Axios, citing sources, reported that the new 28-point plan would include “security guarantees, security in Europe, and future US relations with Russia and Ukraine”.
This comes amid the US’s latest attempt to push for peace between Moscow and Kiev Many diplomatic proposals faltered in recent months.
