His lawyers said on Tuesday that there would be a delay in testing for two former school police officers facing allegations on a slow law enforcement response for shooting 2022 schools in Ulde, Texas, and one would be taken out of the city where the attack took place, his lawyers said on Tuesday.

Former police chief Pete Arredondo and officer Adrian Gonzalase of Uvalde Schools have not convicted dozens of cases of child crisis and abandonment in connection with the massacre at Rob Elementary School. Both men were designed to test on 20 October.

Attorney Nico Lahud on Tuesday tested the Gonzalase in the Corpus Christie in the beginning of January 1, from the school at about 200 miles (320 km) from the school. Judge Sid Harley confirmed the agreement for the site change for Gonzalase, but said no formal orders were filed yet.

Arredondo testing is also due to a federal trial pending by local prosecutors who attempts to force the testimony Border patrol The agent who was in the scene that day. The lawsuit seeks the help of the federal court because a state court cannot force agents to testify cases that are related to their official duties.

Uwalde County District Attorney Christina Mitchell did not respond to the remarks request.

Teen gun Salvador ramos On May 24, 2022, there was a storm in the school, in which the fourth grade students and two teachers were killed in the worst school firing in American history. The attack is also notorious for the law enforcement response, which waited over an hour to face and kill Gunman Salvador Ramos, who gave over 370 reply from many local, state and federal agencies.

Several reports from state and federal officials have determined bare cascading problems in law enforcement training, communication, leadership and technology, and questioned whether the authorities have preferred their own lives on children and teachers.

Arredondo and Gonzalas are the only responding officers to face allegations from that day. Only Gonzalas demanded the shifting of his test from the city of Utda, a city of about 15,000 people. Although both men were originally set for testing on the same day, they have separate legal teams.

“We have reviewed all the evidence provided by the government to us, and we have not seen anything that supports the allegations against Mr. Gonzalas,” Lahud said.

Arredondo’s defense team wants to keep its test in the city where the attack took place.

“I think I have found a case that shouts to flow a complete flow.

Aredondo’s case is organized by the federal trial, seeking testimony from three US border patrol agents, two of which were part of the strategic team killing Ramos.

The lawsuit claims that the testimony of federal agents may be important to prosecute Adondo. His lawyers believe that testimony can be equally valuable in defending them. The Arredondo, who has been identified as the on-sest event commander that day, has long stated that he has been sacrificed for the failures of law enforcement in the school.

Border petrol agents made statements in the initial days of the state investigation in shooting. In filing in a court on Monday, the agency confirmed that it refused to allow agents to testify in a grand jury or test.

When the arredondo can go for testing, the Looney will not predict.

“We have no clue when we can try the matter. The border petrol is trying to withdraw important witnesses,” Loni said.
