Traders, NGOs, students protested in Srinagar against Pahgam terror attack

Traders, students and non -governmental organizations protested against the Pahgam terror attack at Ghananta Ghar, Lal Chowk in Srinagar. Twenty -six tourists lost their lives in the terrorist attack on 22 April. It consisted of 25 Indian citizens and a Nepali citizen.

Imran Khan, a guard, said that he is confident that the victims of the attack will get justice. He further said that PM Modi said in the ‘Maan Ki Baat’ program that the victims will get compensation and the attack will be avenged soon.

He said, “We condemn the incident in Pahalgam. We are confident that the victims will get justice. In ‘Maan Ki Butt’, PM Modi said that the victims will get compensation and will be taken soon to take revenge. This is our Kashmir and tourism will be promoted again.”

Another guard said that he wants to convey a message that Kashmir is against terrorism. He emphasized that terrorists want to break Kashmir by abolishing tourism.

“We want to send a strong message that the Kashmir Valley is against terrorism, and will always be against terrorism. We want to welcome tourists,” he said.

Meanwhile, a wave of tourist attraction, flexibility and optimism of Pahgam in Kashmir, five days after the shocking terrorist attack in peaceful Jammu, is widespread through the valley. Once, there was a stir hub with 5,000 to 7,000 tourists who were watching a dramatic dip for only 50–100 visitors in the days after the tragedy.

However, on Sunday, Croatian and Serbian tourists were seen completely comfortably searching for the roads of Pahalgam. Holding anything back, he expressed his praise for the unmatched beauty of Kashmir and its hot people. (AI)
