A tragic incident claimed the life of a tractor driver during the excavation of soil at Novhar Malpora in Pulwama district.
Officials told GNS that the deceased was identified as Bilal Ahmed Ali, son of Abdul Ahad Ali of Pulwama, when a pile of mud fell on him during the excavation work.
Meanwhile, the police have initiated an investigation into the cause of death after taking cognizance of the incident. (GNS)
