Toronto -based IT firm Adstra sold Global Investment Firm Carlile Group

Toronto -It Company Adastra Group Se says Global Investment firm Carlile Group Inc. has agreed to get a majority stake in the company.

Adastra, which is a co-council in Toronto and Prague, Czech Republic, says it has more than 2,000 employees in many market-support and global distribution centers.

The terms of the agreement were not issued.

Carlile says that she has a track record of investing and scaling in leading IT service companies globally.

Adastra says that Carlile will aim to expand its international appearance through organic investment and target merger and acquisition, along with enhancing its data, cloud and AI offerings, supporting existing and new customers.

Rob Turner, CEO of Adastra, called it a “exciting and transformative step” for the company, saying that he believes Carlile’s “Deep Experience and Global Network” can help unlock a new phase of growth for business.
