1. Tata Nexon
The first SUV on the list is the Tata Nexon. The price for the Nexon starts from Rs 7.70 lakh and goes up to 14.18 lakh (ex-showroom). The Nexon is offered a 1.2-litre Revotron turbo petrol unit and a 1.5-litre Revotorq diesel unit. The turbo petrol produces 120 PS of power and 170 Nm of torque. The diesel on the other hand produces 110 PS and 260 Nm of torque. Both engines are paired to a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed AMT.
From January to November, Tata motors sold 1,56,225 units of Nexon.

2. Hyundai Creta
Hyundai Creta is one of the most loved SUVs in the Indian market. The company is now getting ready to roll in the facelifted version of the SUV soon. From January to November, the company sold 1,30,690 units of Creta SUVs across the country.
Talking about the facelifted Creta, the front fascia of the mid-size SUV is heavily inspired by its elder sibling, the latest Hyundai Tucson. The new parametric front grille covers the major part of the front fascia and the LED DRLs are well integrated into the fin-shaped elements.
Talking about the powertrain options, the 2023 Creta will continue to be powered by the same set of powertrain options which includes a 1.5-litre MPi petrol, 1.5-litre CRDi diesel and a 1.4-litre tGDi turbo petrol engine. Transmission duties will be handled by a 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed IVT and a 7-speed DCT unit.
3. Maruti Suzuki Brezza
Maruti Suzuki gave the Brezza a major facelift in 2022. Maruti has sold 1,19,363 units of the SUV, both as Vitara Brezza and the new generation Brezza, since January this year.
The Brezza is powered by a 1.5-litre NA Petrol engine which produces 100 bhp and 136 Nm of torque.
Talking about the features, the Brezza CNG will get 16-inch alloy wheels, LED headlamps, an electric sunroof, cruise control, an engine push start-stop button, a seven-inch touchscreen system, ESP, hill-hold assist and a rear parking camera with sensors.
4. Tata Punch
The next car on the list is the Tata Punch Micro SUV. Tata Punch which was launched on October 18 2021. Since then, it has been a great hit in the market. Tata Motors sold 1,19,309 units of the Punch SUV.
The Tata Punch will come with a 1.2-litre NA, 3-cyl Petrol engine mated with a 5-speed manual transmission. The prices for the Tata Punch start from Rs 6 lakh and go up to 9.54 lakh (ex-showroom, India). It is also expected that Tata will launch the Punch EV in 2023.
5. Hyundai Venue
Another Hyundai on the list is the Venue SUV. From January to November, Hyundai sold 1,12,418 units of Venue. The 2022 Hyundai Venue will be offered with the same engines as the outgoing model, including the 1.2-litre nat-asp motor rated at 83 PS/114 Nm, a 1.0-litre turbo petrol motor producing 120 PS and 172 Nm, as well as a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 100 PS power and 240 Nm torque.
The transmission options include a 5-speed MT (1.2 petrol), a 6-speed MT (1.5 diesel), a 6-speed clutch-less manual better known as iMT (1.0 turbo petrol), and a 7-speed DCT (1.0 turbo petrol).
