Officials on Monday killed at least three unidentified terrorists, KDC, KDC at least three unidentified terrorists in a fierce gun battle with security forces in Harwan’s forests near Dachigam in Jammu and Kashmir.
“Three militants have been neutralized in an intense fire fighting. The operation continues,” the army’s Chiner Corps posted on X.
The identity and group affiliation of the slain terrorists were being ascertained.
The security forces started a large -scale operation to track the criminals of the Pahalgam attack, killing 26 people, and in the last month, intelligence input suggested that the terrorists must have moved to the Dachigam region, which is about 20 km from the city center of Srinagar.
However, it was not immediately clear that three killed terrorists were involved in the April 22 attack. (KDC)
