Detective Chief Inspector Tony Planeton said: “A comprehensive amount of police work has been observed in the last 48 hours, in which many officers have been seen working to help Ibrahima’s family responding.
“Now that we have made three allegations, a new level of action is active, and we will continue working on our investigation as it progresses.
“Ibrahima’s family is at the forefront of our mind and we will be in close contact with them throughout the process.”
