Three children in hospital after flat fire in Enfield

There were three children admitted to hospital after a Fire In the three -storey block of the flats in Enfield.

There were 10 fire engines and about 70 firefighters at the scene at Mebri Close North london on Monday morning. The roof of the blocks of flats and the second floor is destroyed.

London Fire Brigade (LFB) said that three children were rushed to the hospital with smoking.

A resident who lives near flats, Vicky Gardner, Told BBC: “I was leaving the house to walk my dogs at 5.15 pm, when I noticed that flames were coming from the flats at the end of the road.

“A neighbor … then went and exploded on the doors to alert the residents. They were empty and the fire brigade changed.”

He said: “[It’s] For residents, really terrible, those poor people have lost everything. ,

The area has major traffic disruption and currently A10 is closed in HOE Lane. Passengers of London have been advised to escape from the region.

LFB received 16 calls about the fire at 5.19 am, and the crew was deployed from Enfield, Admonton, Chingford, Tottenham, Woodford and Southgate fire stations. The fire was under control after 8 am.

Just a week ago, A Fire broke in Westfield Stratford City, London Shopping centers, and 10 fire engines were sent to a multi-storey car park which was ultimate.

The fire brigade reported to receive at least 35 calls about the fire, earlier receiving one at 4.05pm and kept the explosion under control of up to 5.54pm. It is considered casual and is believed to have been caused by an undesirable mistake within the engine compartment of the diesel-powered car.
