Dilshan represented Sri Lanka in 80 T20 international matches, scoring 1889 runs at an average of 28.19, including a century and 13 half-centuries. Talking about Kusal Perera, he has played 73 T20 internationals so far and scored 1904 runs at an average of 27.59, during which he has also hit 15 half-century innings with the bat . Kusal also became the first Sri Lankan player to cross the 1900-run mark in T20 internationals.
