2. Dolly Parton’s Songteller Hotel – Nashville, Tennessee
The former 211 Commerce office building is being transformed into Dolly Parton’s “Love Letter” nashville” – a luxury hotel with 245 rooms guaranteed to delight their fans and turn devotees from guests who are new to their music.
It will feature a museum – “Dolly’s Life of Many Colors” – which will showcase her personal journey through a display of costumes and memorabilia; suites designed with their personal touch; and two new entertainment and dining venues (Jolene and Parton Live).
Of course, live music will be a major offering, with performances taking place at on-site venues.

3. Cooper – Charleston, South Carolina
Cooper, will become a brand new creation of charleston The only luxury waterfront hotel in the downtown area and it is possibly the most anticipated upscale opening in the South for 2026.
An overview of the key features shows why.
For starters, there’s an infinity pool overlooking the harbor, a private marina, and a 7,000-square-foot spa offering cryotherapy and red-light therapy beds.
Then there are 191 rooms spread over six floors, each with a panoramic view of the Cooper River and Ravenel Bridge.
Meanwhile, the dining options look mouth-watering, with the hotel offering four different venues including a casual burger bistro and a sophisticated Mediterranean restaurant.

4. Under Canvas Yosemite – Groveland, California
Yosemite Under Canvas takes a coveted spot, blend in stunning safari-style tents and voila – a spectacular adventure like no other.
The new purpose-built site is only 10 minutes away Yosemite’s The western entrance to the Big Oak Flat Information Station, for guests to sleep in style among the towering California black oaks and ponderosa pines.
The tents have en-suite bathrooms as well as king-sized beds located under stargazing panels, and there’s a family-friendly natural swimming hole nearby for more intense dips.

Does New York need more new hotels? Probably not – but when they’re as good as this, who’s complaining?

6. Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort – Port St. Lucie, Florida
This former Club Med nestled along the St. Lucie River is being completely reimagined as the first all-inclusive IHG property in the US.
It will operate under the premium IHG brand “Voco” defined by casual luxury.
IHG says the resort will usher in a vibrant new era of renewal and innovative experiences. To that end, it will offer completely renovated rooms, a family-friendly main pool and spa tub, an adults-only infinity pool and spa tub, and an on-site boutique marina so guests can arrive by land or sea.

7. The Knox Hotel, Auberge Collection – Dallas, Texas
Knox Hotel, Auberge Collection aims for the high of dallas The premier luxury hotel and defining anchor of the city’s trendy Knox Street neighborhood.
The rendering here shows that this is not a pipe dream.
The interiors by the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio are sumptuous, with sumptuous upholstered furniture in vibrant colors and richly patterned wallpaper creating the feeling of a private members’ club.
The newly constructed hotel will have 140 hotel rooms and suites as well as 48 private residences, a spa and an outdoor pool.

8. Denu Hotel & Spa – Phoenix, Arizona
The spa is the star of the Denu Hotel & Spa – it will be the first full-service spa in downtown Phoenix, and will offer a full list of wellness treatments.
The 236-room, 17-floor property, brand new from the ground up, guests will also enjoy spectacular views of the city skyline from the rooms and the rooftop bar and pool.
Additionally, in an effort to attract business travelers, the hotel will include 22,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

9. The Recess Hotel & Club Savannah – Savannah, Georgia
Savannah is a city known for its beautiful properties and historic squares, so the opening of the 221-room Recess Hotel & Club, an adaptation of the historic Manger Building, is set to turn heads.
This is a hotel that takes the traditional model and gives it a twist.
For example, each floor will have its own “Rumpus Room” – a communal hangout space with lounge seating, large flat-screen TVs and custom vending machines.
To further boost connectivity, the property will offer four food and beverage outlets: Le Fléneur, based on the classic French brasserie; Servery, a hidden gem for grab-and-go all day; The lobby bar, a social hub full of coffee and cocktails; and Kilter, a rooftop pool and garden oasis for lounging, drinking and event viewing.
Meanwhile, the design will be “retro-futurist”: essentially what people in the 1960s and 1970s imagined the future would look like, with tactile elements like natural wood mixed with marble and tile.

10. Trailborn Jackson Hole – Jackson, Wyoming
Trailborn is definitely worth a visit.
It is one of America’s fastest growing hospitality brands, offering luxurious stays in adventure destinations. It has opened five properties from the Rockies to the Grand Canyon in less than two years — and is followed by winter and summer sports center Jackson Hole.
Its new property is a complete redevelopment of the historic Snow King Resort, with the brand’s signature rugged aesthetic implemented throughout. Guests can expect a full-service spa, a bowling alley and games room, and Old Timer’s, an après-focused American grill.
