Highlighting the role of Bihar in social change, the Vice President remembered the total revolution movement under the leadership of Champaran Satyagraha and folk hero Jayaprakash Narayan under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi, in which he actively participated at the age of nineteen, later became the district general secretary of the movement.

His Radhakrishnan expressed confidence that UNMESHA will remain the cornerstone of literary culture, which inspires future generations of writers, thinkers and readers.
