Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) accused the defendants with conspiracy to deliberately enter a prohibited place for a purpose for the security of the United Kingdom, and conspired to cause criminal damage under the Criminal Law Act 1977.
On Friday, the defendants appeared with an increased security in Old Belly, with a timetable set for the curriculum of the case.
A packed public gallery seen by the members of the public, the defendants only spoke to confirm their identity, one of which “I love you” for their supporters.
As the prosecution has claimed that the case is a “terrorist connection”, it was heard in the list of terrorism before Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grab, the court reported that a provision was identified for the testing date for 18 January 2027.
Prosecutor Jonathan Polne Casey admitted that “clearly quite a distance” and at the stage there was uncertainty how long a test would take.
Mrs. Justice Cheema-Grab said that the trial date of 2027 meant that four youths would have to wait in custody.
He said: “The sooner the real issues in this case are better for everyone, especially in fixing the date of testing.”
The senior judge confirmed the 2027 testing date at Old Bailey, but said that she would review it on a petition on 16 January next year.
