Via Rail says that the Canadian National Railway Company keeps stopping trains after about two dozen railkar and one day of locomotive of the train.
A spokesperson of Via said that Brentford, who was stalled due to traffic derailment near Onts, and is waiting for line clearance from the owner of the infrastructure.
CN spokesman Tom Betman says that the crew along with the company safely restored the train service on Saturday morning.
However, he says that workers will remain in the area for several days, and may be required to allow the crew to work safely in the area to delay train traffic.
Betman says that there was no injury, leaks or fire reports, and the reason for derailment is under investigation.
The Transport Safety Board of Canada said that on Friday, a team of investigators was sending a team to Paris, Ontaras to collect the evidence and determine it.
