A Teacher An all-girl in Grammar School Glustershire Teaching has been banned for having sex with a colleague on several occasions in an art class.
39 -year -old, 39 -year -old Lirna Bimish had taught the Rebuston Hall High School since 2016 and was in a relationship with a fellow teacher for two years before being opened in the last summer.
The school was approached by a third-party on 26 June 2024, which informed her that Ms. Beamish was engaged in sexual intercourse during the school hours.
He was also shown screenshots of messages sent between two teachers, which were sexual in nature and sent during the working day.
During an investigation meeting, he admitted to having sex in the school premises, and confirmed messages WhatsApp Both showed their contact.
Asked how many occasions it happened in, he replied: “A few years – many opportunities”.
He also replied that they were “art rooms, and two arts engaged in intercourse in the wardrobe, both doors closed, closed as well as the bottom doors”.
After referring to TRA, the panel concluded that its behavior was “sexually motivated” and his behavior “fell much less than the standard of behavior” which was necessary in the profession.
It was also found that he showed “limited evidence of insight and/or repentance”.
The report concluded: “For these reasons, the panel was satisfied that Ms. Bimish’s conduct was for the misconduct of a serious nature, which was much less than the expected standards by the profession. Accordingly, the panel was satisfied that Ms. Bimish was guilty of unacceptable professional conduct.”
Now it has been banned from teaching him indefinitely in any educational institution, but can apply for the prohibition order to be removed in two years.
