The Supreme Court Ottario will not listen to the man's case, who shot the indigenous man

A indigenous person has been convicted of murder in a deadly shooting of a person from an Ontario, when the Canadian top court has refused to hear it.

The Supreme Court of Canada has rejected a holiday to request an appeal to Peter Khil, who shot and killed Jonathan styrus after breaking the man in his truck in the morning of February 4, 2016.

As its standard system is, the High Court did not give the reason for its decision not to listen to the case.

Khil was accused of killing a second degree and requested not to be guilty, testifying that he acted in self -defense and according to his military training.

In 2022, a jury found him guilty of killing a second degree, but found guilty of a low crime of the mangelotter. He was sentenced to eight years behind bars.

Earlier this year, appeal to Ontario. The court rejected his appeal for his sentence, but reduced his sentence to six years.
