The sacred land of Kurukshetra sees the historical recurrence of faith in the justice system

Kurukshetra, 3 October (IANS) The holy land of this historic city which gifted the world’s timeless message to the world on Friday, saw a historic renewal of faith in India’s justice system.

The occination was the inauguration of an exhibition on the three landmark criminal laws – Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagaraik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam – 2023 – 2023 – 2023 — 2023 — Passed by Parliament in May 2023.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah formally inaugurated the exhibition in Kurukshetra and observed a live performance of the implementation process.

Echoing that feeling, Kurukshetra has been suitable to mark the beginning of a transformative chapter in India’s criminal justice system.

On the occasion, Shah also inaugurated and inaugurated the foundation stone for a series of development projects worth several crores of values ​​in Haryana. These initiatives are spread in home affairs, cooperation, education, healthcare and infrastructure. He described them as a symbolic Diwali gift to the people.

A special live performance depicted the rapid response of the police to the emergency calls on 112 and the streamlined process of justice distribution under new laws.

The entire sequence was displayed on a large LED screen at the site, providing the public a transparent view in the increased efficiency and accountability of the system.

Impressed by the exhibition and the judicial infrastructure of Haryana, Shah expressed confidence that the new laws would significantly increase public confidence in the legal system.

He also recalled that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had earlier praised CM Saini and active rule of the state government during his honor butt program.
