November 2022:

Bell Hotel is contacted by Epting Forest District Council (EFDC) Enforcement Officers.

14 February, 2023:

A formal application is made for EFDC for temporary approval to operate the hotel as housing for refugee fans.

January 17, 2024:

Finefare told Bell Hotel that the contract would be abolished due to the reorganization of the house office.

March 21, 2024:

Bell Hotel has withdrawn the permission for planning with confirmation of shelter seekers.

26 April, 2024:

All shelters seek the address.

April, 2024:

There was no protest from October 2022 to April 2024, and there was no criminal conduct towards local residents that required police participation. The contract ends with finefare.

September 2024:
