Press TV reported that Iran’s President Masaud Peseshakian has approved a law to suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Pezeshkian officially communicated the law to the government to suspend cooperation with the United Nations Atomic Sentinel, which was approved on 25 June during a public session of Iran’s Parliament.
Keeping in mind the violation of the national sovereignty and regional integrity of Iran by Israel and the United States about the peaceful nuclear facilities of the country, the Iranian government has obliged to immediately suspend all cooperation with IAEA citing a Parliament resolution.
According to the resolution, IAEA inspectors will not be allowed to enter Iran until the security of the nuclear facilities of the country is ensured and peaceful nuclear activities are not guaranteed, which is subject to the approval of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council.
Earlier, Iran’s Parliament speaker, Mohammad Bakar Qalibf criticized IAEA for not condemning US attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
In addition, Iran is also considering banning the entry of IAEA Director General Rafael Grosi, who has faced criticism against Iran for the convenience of Israel and America against Iran, according to Press TV.
