Sir Van made a total of 19 recommendations as part of his report, in which the government and the post office should make a public announcement about “complete and fair prevention”.

He also said that the contenders who apply for compensation as part of the main scheme should be entitled for the lack of horizon, free legal advice.

The Chairman also addressed another scheme criticism, Horizon Convention Redress Scheme said that the contenders should be entitled to £ 600,000 fixed offers, even if they submit their detailed personal claims.

The Sir Van urged the government to establish a public body, so that the authorities could be compensated by the authorities.
