“NHS needs to be rebuilt, not disintegrated and the lowest bidder was parked.
“Porters, cleaners and other employees want to be a part of NHS, working as a team to provide the best care to the patients. Any trust is trying to take them out for subsidiaries.
“NHS depends on the assistant employees to clean, safe and efficiently to cleanse hospitals.
“Many are already paying less and are cultivating them for subsidiaries, which will leave them with worse deals.”
