Montreal- The case against the father of a nine-year-old Montreal girl was found upwards, which would run directly on the dead jury stage in New York.
The court confirmed both Ticonderoga, NY, and Secretary of District Attorney that the hearing of hooliganism for Luciano Fratolin has been canceled today.
Instead the case will go into a grand jury, where its members will assess the evidence of the prosecution whether the possible reason is that Fratolin killed and tested his daughter Melina.
The 45 -year -old has requested to kill a second degree after being found in a shallow pond in the state of New York in the previous weekend and not to be guilty for hiding a human corpse.
Police said that Fratolin originally reported her daughter to disappear and potentially kidnap, but the authorities determined the story to go wrong.
The preliminary body examination results released this week concluded that the nine -year -old Canadian girl died of Asphixia due to drowning, and a murder verdict on death was pronounced.
