Ilyas Akhtar, aged 20, is accused of preparing terrorism acts, keeping useful information for terrorists and carrying out two arson attacks and creating a bomb quarrel in slow in recent weeks.
Police said the allegations of arson are related to two fire last month – on 14 May at the Slow Ice Arena on Montem Lane, and 17 days later at the Salt Hill Activity Center, the police said.

Akhtar remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in the Westminster Magistrate Court on Saturday.
