On April 24, 1997, the case registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2006, and the announcement of Public Main and Public Servants of J&C, 1983, alleged that the officer had collected heavy battle and real estate for known sources of his income.
During the investigation conducted by VOK (now ACB), both oral and documentary evidence both established allegations against Beigh beyond suspicion. The charge sheet was filed before the Anti -Corruption Court Srinagar in November 2000, causing today’s sentence.
