Srinagar, June 04: Effective from January 1, 2025, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has revised the dearness allowance (DA) for 53% to 55% basic salary for its employees.
According to an order issued by the government, one of which is a lie with JKNS per news agency, “In continuing order number 28-F of 2025 dated 27.01.2025, it is ordered that 53% to 55% of the cost will be paid to government employees working in regular pay levels under the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission, effective from January 1, 2025.
Due to the additional installment of dearness allowance from January 2025 to May 2025, the outstanding amount will be paid in cash in June 2025 and will be part of the monthly salary since June 2025 since June 2025.
Due to dearness allowance incorporating 50 money and above excerpts, the payment will be removed from the next high rupee and can be ignored by less than 50 paise, ”the order reads.
