A heartbroken family has said they lost everything after a moving truck overturned and were pulled from the wreckage by strangers.
Last week, a moving truck crashed due to speeding near a gas station Arizona State Route 69, ezfamily Reported citing Prescott Valley Police,
Police say that all the boxes inside the truck fell out in the accident. The personal items inside those boxes belonged to Bert and Alejandra Wing, according to EZFamily, who interviewed the troubled couple.
“It’s like a death,” Alejandra said.
Photos of their belongings were posted on social media, the local outlet said. Wings said strangers had vandalized and stolen their belongings, which Alejandra called “unbelievable.”
“There were some heirlooms there that went back 400 years,” Burt said. “Anniversary gifts, photos, heirloom items, awards. I mean, what do you do with something you can’t replace.”

Independent Prescott Valley Police have been contacted for comment.
Burt, a veteran, recently retired from his federal job. He and Alejandra decided to spend their golden years in their home state Florida,
The couple moved to Jacksonville, more than 2,000 miles from Honolulu, in July. They hired a national moving company to transport all of their belongings and claimed to have their boxes delivered within four to eight weeks.
Wings said he didn’t find out about the terrible trouble he had with his moving truck until a few days later, when a cop called him after seeing their names on documents left on the side of the road.
“Your identity has been completely exposed. Everyone has vetted you, you know, there’s sensitive stuff in there,” Alejandra said.
The couple said the moving company still hasn’t told them about the accident and is demanding final payment to schedule delivery.
“They’re still playing it off like we’ll get our household stuff here soon,” Alejandra said.
Burt said he has “millions of disappointments” with the moving company. He also said it would be “great” if people who had their personal belongings taken could return them.
